Description
SAP Basis Consultant with experience in installation, upgrades, applying patches, OSS, tuning and Application Server load balancing, and day-to-day monitoring and administration of SAP systems is required.
Candidates must have strong experience in Solution Manager processes. We need at least three life cycle implementations of Service Desk, ChaRM, and other Solution Manager Processes. Applicant must have Production Support experience along with demonstrated ability to coordinate the support teams in a global environment.
We require experience in a variety of SAP Basis areas including ECC, PI, BI, Portal, and Solution Manager.
Experience with Performance management and tuning of systems and applications on both ABAP and Java WebAS 7. Oracle/UNIX environment experience. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer requirements or error situations and design solutions to meet their needs.
Our customer will also require you to co-ordinate an in-house offshore team of 5, and maintain a two way communication channel between them and the senior managers.
