Omschrijving: For our client we are looking for a senior test coordinator/test analyst to support Agile Scrum teams regarding all test activities. The candidate will be responsible for the right level of testing within the sprints to ensure that all deliverables adhere to the predetermined Definition-of-Done.
Knowledge/experience: Test Coordination, Test Preparation and Test Execution, Test Driven Development, Agile/Scrum, Integration Testing, Regression Testing. HP Service Manager knowledge is a must.
Technical knowledge/experience: Applied knowledge of testing within an Agile/Scrum environment Experience with test management tools, preferably HP Quality Center Service management processes as defined in ITL V3 4 Knowledge of test execution tools, preferably HP Quick Test Professional TMap(r) Test Engineer and Test Management knowledge and experience
Competences: Able to work in a complex environment with many stakeholders Able to coach developers in test design and execution Be flexible and pragmatic
Talenkennis: English, Dutch
Other wishes: Be prepared to work outside normal office hours occasionally
Definition: The Service Delivery Project started as a programme in 2008. Purpose of this programme it was to improve the overall Service Management. Until now the various processes have been aligned. The key of the programme has been the overall introduction of HP Service Center as the single tooling platform for the Incident, Change, Configuration and Problem Management processes. Also the uCMDB was implemented. In 2012 the HP Service Center will be replaced by the HP Service Manager tooling.
Tasks:
Participate in two sprint teams, one for the configuration and customization of HP Service Manager, and one for the implementation of the Service Asset and Configuration Management processes. Attend to planning poker sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, provide support for and perform quality assurance on test activities by other sprint team members Give advice to product owners concerning Definition-of-Ready and Definition-of-Done matters Report to the test manager on test progress and quality of sprint deliverables bv. budget en aansturing medewerkers Deliver test scripts for integration test and regression test Perform (high level) test design, prepare test data and test cases, manage test environments, execute tests, manage defects, report on test results
Remark: Option to extend for further testing activities until end of project .
