Description
A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Stability Programme Manager to ensure a consistent approach to stability across networks.The main duty will be to apply a new and improved uniformed approach to the companies stability work across the site. This includes;
* Interface with managers and engineers about sites` processes
* Review processes across all EU sites,
* Keep momentum generating a centre of excellence mentality,
* Advise on harmonising the processes, and
* Advise on Change management processes.
The aim is to have one approach across all of the European sites to ensure minimal recalls and delays, and to ensure efficiency.
I am looking for someone who has worked successfully managing stability programmes and has an understanding of full EU and/or global regulatory requirements.
