PopSurvey is changing how companies get customer feedback by doing one thing: not sucking.
Seems like a really basic, no-brainer thing, right? But just check out the hundreds of online survey companies out there and you'll see that they all suck at not sucking.
Thankfully, a lot of great companies have realized this too and are using PopSurvey. Companies like: Foursqure, FedEx, Whole Foods, Intuit and thousands more!
What we're looking for...
Our interface and user experience are changing the way people create and take surveys, and we're now looking for a new UI designer to carry that torch to the next phase for us.
This is a freelance position for now, but we're looking for someone who would be interested in transitioning to a full-time lead designer role in the coming year.
We're not looking to nickle and dime you or micromanage you. We're looking for an expert and want you to do your job...because that's what we hired you to do. We pay on-time and we pay well.
Your skills...
Ultimately we want someone who can work far outside the typical UI design box. Coming up with game-changing design and interaction should be something you're not afraid to attempt. So, first and foremost you need to be a great communicator through your UI design work.
In addition to being a great UI designer, being able to implement your design is a huge plus. So, HTML, CSS (Compass/SASS) and even a bit of JavaScript will go a long way for you. If you know some Ruby/Rails...even better.
You should also have a sense of humor and not take yourself too seriously. My gosh, the survey industry can be so dry and dull. But again, we're trying hard to change that.
