Description

As a niche Financial Services consultancy we are looking to recruit an additional Implementation Manager on an already successfully running UK wide Programme on client site, a leading corporate bank. The role is to support a number of Relationship Managers within the Corporate and Institutional division of a tier-1 wholesale bank in the migration of a large number of their clients to a third party. This is a Change Management function and you will be responsible for ensuring your assigned customers successfully progress through all aspects of the change process. An understanding of banking operations is essential. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills and a high level of personal organisation and motivation.

Candidates should have:

  • Minimum 5 years banking operations experience, preferably Corporate or Relationship Banking from a relationship management role.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Well developed communication skills
  • Planning and personal organisational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure

The role will involve liaising with clients both face to face and via phone, so some travel will be required across the Midlands/South West for client visits, and the role can be based full time in a number of client sites, but ideally Birmingham or Bristol. The specific responsibilities include collating and analysing customer data, track migration process, co-ordinate with business teams, CRM and service delivery, and identify and escalate any risks and issues that may affect successful completion of the migration process. For consideration please send an up to date CV - short-listed applicants will be contacted with further information.
