My client based in Glasgow urgently requires a Business Analyst who has knowledge and experience of working on a FATCA regulatory led programme. You will be a solid business analyst with excellent business process experience, TOM experience and be able to work with both technical and business teams. The ideal candidate would have experience of the Wealth Management industry, a good knowledge of FATCA and experience working with operations and compliance functions, on boarding and books and records systems. Liaise with Business (product specialists, asset managers, investment managers, etc) and IT teams to define and document high level and detailed functional and non functional requirements/specifications for implementations relating to the FATCA programme. Undertake investigations of processes, functions and data, and understand overall integrity across a range of IT systems. Identify and manage requirements change, and its global implications and manage traceability of requirements. Conduct functional impact analysis in the event of changes to business objectives, requirements and/or technical architectures/platforms. Identify & specify as necessary "as is" and "to be" business processes, business systems and associated data dependencies.
