Internal Auditor-Audit or Accounting Certification
A blue chip financial services client based in Cheshire, require an Internal Auditor to join their team for 8 weeks initially but with the view to extend. The client is looking for someone who has worked within financial services for a number of years providing internal auditing.
Description:
The candidate will be required to plan and execute audit activities including recommending scope, process mapping, completing risk assessments, developing audit programs testing procedures and drafting of a report. Working independently on a specific audit project, the candidate should have strong time management and motivation. The candidate will also be required to provide regular updates to Audit management and liaise with Auditee management and staff.
Skills: Internal audit experience
-Professional Audit or Accounting Certification
-Financial Services/banking, insurance experience preferred
-Bachelors' Degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance or related field
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proficient use of computer software packages (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio)
