Description
This extremely high profile financial services organisation require four Lead HR Business Partner's to lead their organisation through a period of fundamental transformation and change. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.
In their new HR model they require Lead HR Business Partner's to support Divisional leadership teams through this period of pressurised change. This will include BAU activities and managing both the strategic elements and operational elements of the above mentioned change.
Successful individuals will be well qualified HR generalists with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations that have significant change agendas. Your day to day BAU abilities will be second to none and you will be able to demonstrate significant change management experience and success within organisations of at least 10,000FTE where you have led change.
Interim contracts of at least 6 months are the initial preference, interim to permanent options and permanent options are available. Essential to be based in Canary Wharf 5 days a week. Day rates to a maximum of £650 per day.
