This extremely high profile financial services organisation require an OD Consultant to support and lead a range of OD projects within their organisation. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.
This will focus on a range of OD activities within an organisation that is going through fundamental route and branch transformation change.
Successful individuals will be best in class Organisational Development professionals with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations where they have been responsible for big-ticket OD activities.
The role is initially an interim 6 month contract but anyone interested in an interim to permanent option would be welcomed.
