Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work with the existing project team to create a Service Offering and Operating Model, for this function to be offered globally as a service to other areas of this organisation.
This will include:
- Documenting and reviewing existing processes
- Development of an organisational structures, cost models, defining clear roles and responsibilities,
- Governance structures - how will this function operate as a business
Key skills and requirements:
- Previous experience with Business process design and improvement
- Previous experience with Organisational Design: this includes developing internal operating models, cost models, defining Roles and Responsibilities and defining organisational performance measures (Key success measures)
- Proven track record Eliciting requirements via a variety of techniques including workshops, and eliciting requirements remotely
- Previous experience validating requirements against the proposed solution ie: org design/operation model
- Previous experience authoring a Business Transition plan
- Knowledge of Databases or Database activity monitoring functions is highly favourable
