Key responsibilities:
- Candidate required to work on high profile project, aligned to the development of a people capability framework for the Technology division. This includes the assessment of people capability, and the development of an uplift framework.
- The successful candidate will be required to work with existing repositories of data and mine the data to develop insights, identify patterns and trends relating to the competency level of resources.
Key skills and requirements:
- Previous experience mining data from various repositories including but not limited to MS Access. Data must relate to large data sets
- Previous experience consolidating large data sets in logical and presentable information using MS Excel; pivot tables; graphs.
- Must have experience reviewing the data and indentifying insights, stories, trends and patterns.
- The Successful candidate must have previous experience developing presentations for Executive/Senior Stakeholders outlining the insights identified. Resource must be able to present data in logical and concise business language for Senior stakeholders (using MS Powerpoint)
- The successful candidate must have previous experience working with key project stakeholders to develop recommendations and suggestions to move the workforce from current state competency levels to align to organisation goals.
- Previous experience working with data relating to the competency/skill set/experience of resources, is highly desired.
