The company
Join a large Federal Government department as a senior Business Analyst up until the 30th June 2013. In this exciting opportunity you will play a critical role within several highly skilled teams performing an advisory and lead role. You will be given the opportunity to work with large volumes of data on multiple projects within an organisation who invest in the latest technologies.
The Opportunity
- You will be given the opportunity to plan, organise and implement business requirements to deliver successful results
- Be accountable for managing workflows, developing strategies, and evaluating business outcomes throughout the delivery process
- Gather data and information from a variety of sources to undertake business system and solution design
Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in expanding data holdings and/or data delivery projects and/or geocoding.
- Demonstrated experience in working within Whole of Government projects
- Demonstrated ability to apply data dissemination as well as user and systems testing techniques and processes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, while working under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Understand and address key concerns, and be able to communicate effectively with the audience according to their level of knowledge and skill
- Be able to build and sustain effective working relationships to ensure all projects are delivered to meet the requirements.
- Liase with stakeholders to analyse, articulate and develop complex business processes to ensure the effective design and implementation of IT solutions.
