Senior Project Manager - Enterprise ETL and CRM Implementation experience

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Senior PM (10+ years) with proven experience implementing enterprise CRM and/or Audience Management solutions.
  • Will lead the Audience Development project
  • Proven ability to manage up and down; working with senior executives as project sponsors.
  • Implementation experience with Informatica or other similar ETL tool.
  • Experience managing Oracle BI Datawarehouse and ETL development projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communications skills to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced environment

WORK DESCRIPTION AND ROLE

  • Plan, organize and manage project team, global timeline, risks inventory, issues tracking, scope control and project documentation plan within the given constraints of the project.
  • Support the Operational Lead for issues/risks/decisions material preparation and presentation, project costing and business case information collection planning and tracking.
  • Verify that all business unit representatives have validated relevant project outputs and provided sign-off.
  • Manage change requests to the project (scope, timeline, and budget).
  • Ensure that a proper Transfer to Business Operations is documented and completed at the end of the project.
  • Develop and communicate weekly project status to the Project Management Office and project team/operational steering.
  • Escalate project deviations on budget, scope and timeline.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project, Audience Development, is part of a large Transformation Program and is in support of our client's Strategic Plan. The solution will allow our client to become an audience first organization, capable of delivering the most relevant news, information and services across the four platforms of print, web, tablet and smart phone. The solution will deliver a robust audience database to be used to build a consultative, multi-platform sales approach, cost-effectively driving results for our advertisers by reaching the most relevant audience at scale. The solution itself consists of a pair of SaaS solutions and a data hub that must be integrated together. Consolidated reporting will be made available via an Oracle Datawarehouse and BI dashboard.
