Description
Optimisation Engineer required for work in Brussels on a long rolling contract working for a major telecommunication company.
The main responsibility is to ensure that all solution deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability for the company.
-Collection and analysis of customer requirements
-Perform Network Optimization at cellular level in order to contribute to regional quality of service by Investigating network performance (based on analysis of drive tests results, clients complaints, performance indicator)
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
Industrial Engineer Electronics/Telecommunication or equal by experience
minimum 2 years Experience in Design/optim 2G/3G especially domain RAN&Optim.
Very good knowledge of post processing tools Metrica and Actix.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft - Excel - PowerPoint - Acces.
Requirements
French and English or Dutch and English speaking, Team Player, Analytical, Persuasive and user- friendly communicator.
Ability to cope with frequent changes is a must, Business Competences, Customer-minded
Result-oriented.
