This ia a great opportunity to get involved in large scale infrastructure projects including but not limited to desktops, Servers, networks, storage, etc.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Delivery of project support services to internal project teams
- Identifying improvements to project, system release and department administration processes
- Perform assigned administrative tasks
- Monitoring project, system delivery and benefits realisations
- Collation of project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting
- Development of financial management, reporting and procurement services
- Developing project post-implementation reviews
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including business units, IT delivery teams and vendors, and provide leadership of business change
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on infrastructure projects
- Experience in meeting coordination and strong project governance
- General project office experience including the above responsibilities
- The ability to document process flows
- Able to understand deadlines
- Ability to prioritise work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- You should have aspirations to become a Project Manager
- Any experience with formal project methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2) is favoured
