Oracle DBA, 6 months Dublin
One of our major IT clients is looking for the Oracle Applications DBA to join their team in Dublin city centre for 6 months contract.
Skills Required:
* Experience in a production Oracle DBA role
* Oracle 10g and 11g DBA experience.
* Other Rational Database experience.
* Oracle RAC.
* Oracle Exadata.
* Database Datamodelling experience.
* Performance Tuning.
* Oracle RAC installation.
* Virtualisation technologies.
* Backup and recovery (eg RMAN).
* Advanced replication experience.
* Good knowledge of Linux.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of networking technologies.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Pro-activity and an ability to drive continuous improvement.
