A large US multinational is looking for a SAP FI-CO Business Analyst with good Configuration skills.Overview:
My US based client is currently recruiting for a SAP FICO Business Analyst to join their team, this is a permanent role. The right candidate must have project lead or some project management skills for this role. The role will be based in Warsaw, Poland and you must be able to speak fluent English and fluent Polish.
Scope of responsibility:
The Business Analyst plays an integral role in using technology to streamline and improve business processes by:
Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
Manage and/or perform the design, testing and application of SAP systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
Support the business to maximise utilisation of the implemented SAP solutions.
Assignment to key projects per the Global IT project grid. Key projects this year include base implementations in Central and Eastern Europe.
Acting as a regional or global expert for the most complex processes within function.
Qualifications & Education:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance or Engineering and appropriate SAP qualifications required.
Business & Technical Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial finance department with experience of SAP or other ERP systems.
AND/OR
An in-depth understanding and mastery in at least two of the following modules of SAP/FICO: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Special Purpose ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking and Treasury
Previous involvement in SAP R/3implementation would be an advantage.
Excellent Numeric, Diagnostic and Analysis Skills.
Good business knowledge.
Fluent in English and Polish is required
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and should come from a strong analytical background. He/she must possess the ability to work within a team environment.
