Description
Solution Architect with MDM (Master Data Management) Expertise sought for a 3 months contract opportunity based in Copenhagen/Denmark.
As a MDM Solution Architect you will primarily be part of the customers Get2One CRM project and work with the other solution architects. As a MDM Solution Architect you will work to ensure that product information can be technically implemented in the upcoming comprehensive solution. You will develop IT architecture based on business requirements with MDM focus. The emphasis will be on product and implementation of PIM tools. You will also examines the technical specifications for development and procurement.
As a MDM Solution Architect your tasks will be the following:
- Identify and evaluate various MDM IT architectural solutions.
- IT architecture of the whole client.
- Support client in transforming business requirements into implementable IT architecture.
- Inform clients about opportunities with existing and emerging technologies.
- Review IT technical specifications for the development, procurement and outsourcing, as well as offering answers and system design, so that they correspond with the customer requirements/IT architecture.
- Have high integrity in the role, good leadership and keep well up to date in terms of architectural issues in the environments where MDM IT architect operates.
- Develop realizable MDM IT architecture concepts for optimal development initiative.
- Make estimates of IT costs as a basis for Business Benefit Evaluation.
As a MDM Solution Architect you should have the following skill set:
- Seasoned Solution Architect
- Particular expertise in MDM (master data management)
- Outgoing and driven person who is easy to work with. Good at uniting stakeholders in joint decision.
- Ability to work independently with great responsibility. Goal-and results-focused.
- University degree in software field or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience.
- Broad and extensive experience in IT development and management.
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and its trends (Application, Technology).
- Good knowledge of principles and methods for the design of distributed IT systems and their relationship.
- Good knowledge of RUP.
- Certification that is accepted in the market.
- In parallel, there is an ongoing HR projects for the group so it is an advantage to have expertise in HR data. ie have implemented a PIM solution and/or HR solution for a large company before.
- Ability to work in a Nordic culture and express themselves in spoken/written English.
