Description
My client is looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join their nationally recognised engineering company.
Essential Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years experience of designing PLC or DCS based control systems
-Involvement throughout whole life cycle, from design through coding to testing, installation and configuration, and documentation
-Good client facing skills,
-must be able to work as part of combined client/contractor team
-Fully conversant in the writing and programming of Rockwell PLCs
The role will involve:
-Programming and coding PLCs and HMIs.
-Supporting a number of process industry projects across the West Midlands.
-Producing or reverse engineering functional design specifications (FDS)
-FATs and SATs.
-On site commissioning

-Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
-Have good communication skills
-Be flexible in their methods of working
