Genesys Interactive Insights Reporting and Database Developer

Summary of Skills Required
Understanding of Info Mart detail data and how it is populated within the Info Mart data model.
Develop reports with Business Intelligence tool, including Business Objects.
Recommend modifications to IVR applications or Universal Routing feed Info Mart custom user-data values used in reporting as needed.
Gather requirements specifically for reporting and building dimensional models
Understand the Interactive Insights Universe and Web Intelligence Front End to support custom reporting requirements.
Minimum overall experience is 5 years.
Genesys Info Mart (3+ years exp) - any 8.x experience preferred
Genesys Interactive Insights (3+ years exp) -any 8.x experiences preferred

Desired Skills
Experience with the Genesys Framework, Call Routing, Stat Server, CCPulse, Call Center Analyzer (CCA) and Advisor
Business Objects Universe Design
Advanced SQL and Oracle Databases
Familiarity with contact center metrics and advanced contact center reporting
Extensive Genesys reporting and support experience within a large contact center enterprise

Position Description: Interactive Insights Reporting and Database Developer

Daily Responsibilities:
Enterprise reporting capabilities to be able to provide program-wide reports and analytical data for CLIENT senior leaders to determine how all CLIENT contact centers are performing individually and collectively across the program. These reports will provide concise details of each contact center call.
