My leading technology client is looking for an experienced Avaya CMS Consultant/Engineer to develop, deploy and support the contact centres. The successful candidate will need to have 3 + years of experience in the deployment of Call Management System. Ideally, you will have worked on relevant projects and not just BAU work.

Compulsory:

  • Ability to run design and technical workshops for One-X/Presence
  • CES installation
  • Presence installation
  • AES installation
  • Integrate Presence to Outlook
  • Federate Presence to OCS
  • Implementation of One-X Communicator
  • Implementation of One-X Mobile
  • Carry out consultancy necessary to integrate with the clients network/AD/Microsoft/Citrix environments

Advantageous:

  • System manager/Session Manager 6.x
  • Communication Manager 6.x
  • Modular Messaging

    The Person: - Avaya CMS, SIP - Service Provider - London

    • Ability to work under pressure, within a team of professionals
    • Technical lead experience would be valuable
    • Good communication skills
    • Autonomous
    • Planning and organisation skills
