Our client is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their team on site in Beerse assisting with one of their current transformation projects. The capable Software Developer will join the team working on our client's current research integration project in a 3 month positions with potential of extension
Main Responsibilities:
Stabilize code, check platform independency, possibly creating test cases around existing code base.
Ensure batch modus executes nicely with binary object data on Linux and Windows and can handle zip streams as input
Convert some flat-file reference implementation using the same data objects of the current code base
Also will get some Perl/Python reference implementation and ideally this would be put in the same code base.
Help with software engineering in a way that main routines could be replaced by simple API calls for accessing functionality from other languages in form of library calls,
