* CRM Salesforce.com Consultant (knowledge of SAP CRM beneficial), Paris, France.*
On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for a CRM Salesforce.com consultant, to join an international CRM implementation programme based on Salesforce.com. You would be responsible for Managing activities linked to master data and transactional data Migration as well as connectors implementation between Salesforce and Legacy systems including some SAP instances
1. Connectors deployment manager (EMEAS Region)
-Support Catalog Connectors deployment in APAC Region
-Coordinate connector implementation with all the teams involved
-Support the end to end process test
-Secure the deployment go live
2. Support on Master Data Connector deployment
-Support Master Data connectors deployment (no region restriction)
-Back up Master Data connector deployment manager
Experience working with CRM, including SalesForce.com (SFDC) is mandatory.
§Good knowledge of customer relation management processes
§Excellent communication skills, with both rigour and negotiation skills. (mandatory)
§International exposure
§Strong functional and technical knowledge of Migration processes
§Fluent in English
§Some SAP/CRM knowledge would be very much appreciated
This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage. Please note that due to project commitments, applications from local candidates (commutable distance to Paris) will be considered first.
The provision of services includes:
On-board and train Country/Entity Data Steward to Run Mode processes and activities
Answer to End User support requests
Provide functional and technical support to the Global Data Steward Manager (monthly call, data quality campaigns, etc.)
Provide, when required, support to migration activities on demand
Start date: October 7st, 2012 (critical)
Period: Q4 2012 - workshops meeting minutes, Status report, Detailed follow up on a weekly basis, training of local data steward to prepare the run mode
This is a 3 months contract, with potential extensions.
Start date: ASAP
