This individual with work closely with the Program Manager of the Next Generation Clinical Decision Support project to assist in strategic design of the future direction of the project.
The candidate in this role will be asked to perform the following duties:
Undertake detailed data collection and analysis on a range of internal and external data in order to inform project sponsors and drive decision making.
Design processes that enable working with the business to perform the analysis of key strategic issues surrounding clinical decision support and business related challenges and needs so that project decision making is informed by facts and comprehensive analysis.
Design and produce comprehensive, but targeted and insightful, reports/presentations that summarize findings and recommendations in order to inform project sponsor decision making.
Desired Skills:
Business/strategy related degree or equivalent experience gained in a broad business context, MBA a plus
High degree of confidence with financial and numerical analysis
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present and defend a position in front of an audience
Good negotiation skills
Self-starter with initiative and able to manage own time to achieve goals
Experience at managing projects involving small teams
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to use standard PC and Microsoft software tools for word processing and presentation design
