Description
- 10 years minimum experience in participating in large scale enterprise software projects
- 5 years minimum prior experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to work in a global environment dealing with various level of management across globe.
- Knowledge of Corporate banking is preferable.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and with customers/business partners.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business partners and technical team members.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead the discussion with business partners/customers to get the requirements.
- Some knowledge of scope management and expectation management with business partners/customers
- Strong analytical and business skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented
- Basic proficiency of MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office applications including Word, and Excel.
- Functional knowledge of Team Forge, Blueprint, & Quality Centre would be an advantage.
- Understanding of the new technologies likeJ2EE, Messaging technologies like TIBCO, MQ, Databases, SQL etc.
