Job title: Senior Operations Manager
Our financial services client is urgently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to manage a large customer operations function responsible for the provision of world class customer service, business efficiency and expertise across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the build and implementation of the strategic plan for service delivery across the savings products
- Lead, monitor and review the strategic programme to ensure the change agenda is prioritised without compromise to BAU deliverables
- Capacity planning over the long term to drive the strategic programme and accuracy of budget requirements.
- Identify and deliver operational SLAs across multiple processes to drive a strong service culture.
Key skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations - ideally within financial services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering improvements across a multi discipline operation
