A highly competent Commissioning Manager is required for a global pharmaceutical organisation to deliver the Commissioning package on their large scale Greenfield biotech project based in Singapore. To manage the overall commissioning activities, lead both the client and commissioning contractor resources. The commissioning manager must participate in tender and award of commissioning contracts and be responsible to implement the clients commissioning and verification strategy.

Responsibilities:

-Define the commissioning strategy, define the workload, and select the resources
-Define the ICV project teams, steer and challenge the team towards maximum output
-Define the commissioning master plan, CTPs etc
-Establish formal progress and report critical issues to Project Manager
-Manage all the transfer to operations (handover to end user)
-Work closely with Users, validation, EHS and QA & EPCM contractor
-Enforce safety culture in a day to day operation

Requirements:

-Strong Management and Leadership
-Excellent communication skills
-Recent Commissioning Management a must
-Experience in large scale investment biotech start-up (Bio drug substance, upstream and downstream process equipment)
-A background of commissioning experience both from hands on and writing/reviewing of protocols/test packs.
-Knowledge of toolbox development for FAT, SAT and Verification plans.
-Technically strong with extensive knowledge of ASTM E-, ACH Q9, ISPE guidelines for GDP, GEP, GMP.
-To be based in Singapore already
