Corporate Finance Assistant
Lead Advisory Department

16-17K (12 month contract)

Company: Working for a world leading, award winning dynamic organisation of independent assurance, tax and advisory.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Managers and Directors, will provide support to the Lead Advisory team in Manchester, in the analysis of businesses as potential clients, pitch documents, as well as internal administrative support.
Opportunities to support candidate through CF Qualification.

Main Responsibilities:
-To support the team in analysis of suitable target companies using financial information available through statutory accounts and finance databases
-Research specific markets to understand sector issues and market leaders, liaising with the National Research Group
-Support the team in pitch processes (preparing and writing reports)
-To support the team in administration procedures relating to client appraisals, take on procedures and internal KPI's

Experience/Educations Qualifications required:
-AAT qualification or equivalent
-Commercial understanding of business principles
-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with partners, staff and clients at all levels
