Customer Acquisitions Analyst
Contract/Immediate Start/Excellent Daily Rate
Roc Search's client is urgently recruiting for an Customer Acquisitions Analyst to join a leading entertainment institution based in London. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Customer Acquisitions Manager to provide in depth market and campaign analysis to all levels of the clients marketing. The candidate will also be required to coordinate with Finance and IT personnel to prioritise analyses related to marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide campaign analysis for marketing campaigns.
Design tests in conjunction with acquisitions team as well as provide analysis used to plan promotional campaign.
Create analytic and tracking reports that help define marketing strategy for marketing leads.
Process reports by extracting data from main analytic databases (google analytics)
Create and utilise customer profiles by demographic and behavioural characteristics to develop marketing plans.
Essential Skills:
Bachelor degree in related discipline (MIS, Marketing, Finance)
2-5 years of related experience in database marketing or direct marketing.
1-3 years experience in utilising tools to extract data points across systems.
3+ years experience of report developing.
Strong analytical skills analysing financial data or marketing data
Strong project management skills.
Assist marketing and operations with financial campaign analysis, ROI and payback analysis.
