Employee Relations Advisor - Opportunity

A large business is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their innovative team.

As the ER advisor you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, maintaining high levels of service.

Your main responsibilities will include:
-Providing ER Specialist advice and support to line managers, relating to Absence Management, Probation Periods, Performance Management and Disciplinaries
-Maintain accurate and up to date records of all actions and documentation relating to cases being managed
-Develop strong working relationships to gain an understanding of the business priorities
-Support ER Managers and ER Specialists
-Coach line managers and support ER learning and development activity

It is essential that you have previous HR experience with some employee relations aspects or you will have proven skills in ER, with good understanding of employment legislation and the ability to identify risks and make fair decisions. A competent computer user with good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR systems is necessary.
