IT Business Analyst (Mobile Data Products)
A global telecoms company based in Brussels are searching for an IT Business Analyst to design and implement effective business solutions by improvements/developments in IT systems and data management. As the IT Business Analyst you will support the project parties (development, scope & change management, ITT/UAT test phases) to ensure the optimal constructions of IT projects. The IT Business Analyst will plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff to gather requirements and investigate systems. You the IT Business Analyst will also assist the IT architect with interfacing between the IT world and the business and assist in IT stratergy to ensure alignment with business strategy to ensure alignment with the business strategy and divisional objectives.
We are searching for an IT Business Analyst with 3 years of more experience in an IT environment and knowledge of the international wholesale environment is highly desired. The IT Business Analyst will have knowledge and experience in the roaming environment and experience in TADIG area; TAP/RAP handling, NRTRDE/HUR processes, Roaming billing and settlement process. The IT Business Analyst will be familiar with signalling, messaging, GPRS/GRX technologies and have good analytical/modelling skills.
Essential Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment. Knowledge of the international wholesale environment is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in the roaming environment and have experience in the TADIG area; TAP/RAP handling, NRTRDE/HUR processes, Roaming billing and settlement processes.
- Familiar with Signalling, Messaging, GPRS/GRX technologies as well as products. You have good analytical and modelling skills and are able to think out of the box. You are experienced with use case driven analysis.
- Customer and result driven with a good mind for high quality.
- Stress resistant and a consequent high performer.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work proactive and have excellent organisational skills. You enjoy working in an environment where being involved in multiple parallel projects is the standard rather than the exception.
- Proficient in English, Dutch and/or French
