Interim Head of Operations: Savings, ISA
Our prestigious client currently have a requirement for an experienced Head of Operations to join the business on an interim basis, initially on a 6 month contract.
The purpose of the role would be to manage a large customer operations function responsible for the provision of customer service, business efficiency and expertise across the business' full portfolio of savings products.
Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
- Extensive experience of undertaking Executive level management roles, preferably within a Financial Services environment.
- Experience of implementing Strategic plans and programmes for Service Delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant business products (Savings, ISA etc).
- Excellent Managerial skills
- Strong relationship building skills to ensure successful stakeholder engagement.
- Strong 3rd party supplier management experience.
