Description
WebSphere MQ Administator - Message Broker, Apache Web Server, WebSphere Application Server required by Michael Rothstein Ltd (IT Recruitment Specialists).
Leading client requires an experienced WebSphere MQ Administator to join their team on a contract basis.
The ideal WebSphere MQ Administator will have experience with the following and be fluent in English with (ideally) some French/Dutch language skills.
- Advanced knowledge of different versions of MQ and optionally Message Broker.
- Knowledge of Apache web server.
- Knowledge on different versions of WebSphere WebSphere Application Server administration and integration with MQ.
- Experience on WebSphere Portal Server, Content Manager and Edge Server will be a plus.
- Good Windows & Unix Skills in order to facilitate WebSphere administration tasks.
- Experience in performance monitoring/tuning for above products
- Experience in optimization/capacity planning for above products
- Experience in troubleshooting for above products
- Good English language (written and spoken) is a requirement.
- French & Dutch speaking is a plus.
- Other requirements:
- Needs to be on-call
- Weekend coverage is required.
- Travel is required.
