For our customer we are looking for a SAP CRM solution consultant

Job description:
SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 1 implementation. Project is in phase of developing change requests and then after that restarting UAT after system tests.

Required skills:
- SAP CRM solution consultant with experience especially in customer service area
- Very experienced in CRM customer service processes: different customer interactions such as feedback, claim, complaint, inquiry etc.).
- Web form understanding is a big plus.
