Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit for an Engineering Proposal Lead with a strong experience in engineering development/delivery coupled with avionics product experience for a 6 month contract role based in Kent.
Working with our leading client in the defence sector you will be responsible for executing bid and proposal activities from the Phase 1B review through to Technical Bid Review, supporting the capture manager with the Request for Bid Approval process as required.
The ideal candidate will need:
*Experience in engineering development/delivery coupled with avionics product experience.
*Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage: Flight Control, Displays, Helmets, Mission Computing or Power and Energy Management.
*You will be able to see the 'big picture', taking a view across the whole technical solution with an understanding of expected costs such that challenges can be made early in the estimate generation process.
