FLIGHT BOOKER/ADMIN ASSISTANT - HOOK HAMPSHIRE 3 MONTH CONTRACT

My client is a leading government agency based in Hook, Hampshire and they are in need or a skilled Flight Booker/Admin Assistant to join their team on an on-going contract basis for an initial 3 month period.

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties on a daily basis:
*Managing a busy schedule booking flights and accommodation for employees across Europe.
*Be the key representative is assisting with hospitality arrangements
*Provide general administrative support including taking calls, directing visitors mail and general documentation duties
*Taking concise telephone messages and forwarding them on to the appropriate employee
*Maintaining internal contact lists of numbers and addresses

Skills Required to Include:
*Solid experience in a similar role
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a successful team
*Ability to perform well under pressure
*Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Computer literate especially in the use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
