We have been engaged by a financial services business in London to help support a major transformation programme setting up a new Digital Centre of Excellence to support the whole business across all of their digital channels.
A programme of work is being setup and a number of 'work streams' have been identified within the programme. Practicus have been engaged to identify a Digital "Target Operating Model" work stream leader/Project Manager to support the team.
We require someone who has preferably been involved in a similar type of new digital function/Centre of Excellence launch. You will be tasked with designing and building the new operating model including the organisation design and how the new digital 'CoE' will integrate with the business units. As part of this stream a transition plan will need to be developed.
The opportunity is working as part of the in house Practicus change team supporting this FS Client in their offices based in London.
