Rate: 13/hr w-2
Hours: Sat-Tues 12pm-10pm
Length: 1 year+ contract- possibility to become permanent
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides knowledge and on-site support for all end-user applications. Troubleshoots end-user problems for all technical platforms.
- Maintains the helpdesk application to ensure problem determination/resolution methods are efficient and reliable. Utilizes the knowledge base of technology and application information, and ensures documentation is up to date.
- Keeps abreast of technologies and applications. Attends training with other Support Center and Associate Support Center Analysts. Assists with standard technology implementations and ensures adequate knowledge transfer and training has been received.
- Assists with the troubleshooting and problem resolution tasks of the other Associate Support Center Analysts on a daily basis.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for improving customer service. Investigates ideas that can provide enhancements and efficiencies in supporting end-users.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with high call volume in a call center environment.
- IT Savvy- Experience and or Education
