Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Responsible for dealing with incoming user customers request in best service professional manner
  • Responsible for maintaining the call tracking system
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, analysis and accurate escalation of technical issues


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Solid experience in IT Support role with in large or international company
  • Fluent in French and English is a must
  • Solid technical understanding of all aspects of running a multi-national helpdesk including Microsoft software, active directory, hardware, blackberry, mobile phone, servers
