Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for dealing with incoming user customers request in best service professional manner
- Responsible for maintaining the call tracking system
- Responsible for troubleshooting, analysis and accurate escalation of technical issues
Ihre Qualifikation
- Solid experience in IT Support role with in large or international company
- Fluent in French and English is a must
- Solid technical understanding of all aspects of running a multi-national helpdesk including Microsoft software, active directory, hardware, blackberry, mobile phone, servers
