Italy Cutover Manager
- Plan, prepare and follow-up overall cutover execution in accordance with the program cutover approach
- Outline cutover plan and execution in coordination with the central Cut-over Manager and Compass Conversion Functional Manager, ie timelines, milestones etc.
- Coordinate cutover activities cross teams and with Project Management
- Ensure co-ordination of cut-over activities with all (internal and external) stakeholders, including business partners
- Manage cutover progress
- Escalate risks and issues to Project Management
- Provide regular status reports to Project Management
