Workforce Management Systems Architect required for my leading Telecoms client. The client is looking for an Architect to work on the architecture and design of a Business Process Management system, and to be used on mobile OS.
The Business Process Management Architect will work on tasks such as platform design of the WFM scheduling system, application design of the Workforce Management handheld terminals that run on mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile etc).
The Workforce Management System Architect will collaborate with overseas teams to design and implement key features of the Telecoms WFM system as well as carrying out business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering on Workforce Management solution needs etc. The Workforce Management Architect will then present the solution to key stakeholders & decision makers and drive the implementation forward.
The Workforce Management Architect must have demonstrable experience of working in the telecoms environment and also on Workforce Management software. The successful Architect will have understanding and experience of Telecom services, such as methods for resource scheduling and model design The Architect must have experience of one or more of the following: scheduling engine design, Workforce Management system design. The successful Architect will also have experience of designing systems based on mobile operating systems such as Android, iOS and Windows Phone 8.
