For our customer we are looking for an experienced project manager with all necessary skills of acting in a large complex multi country project. What we would like to emphasis are the following personal competences and skills.
Job description:
The goal of this project is to deploy a Network Database, which will serve 6 Mobile Networks in the Scandinavian and Baltic countries in order to help the customer to align their networks and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operational and development activities. Strategically, this is a very important project for the customer, which will also involve the alignment of other areas, such as provisioning and IP Networks. This Network Database will serve a number of key functions in the mobile networks, (HLR/HSS, Mobile Number Portability), which are critical to the availability of the mobile services in the Baltic and Scandinavian regions. It is therefore extremely important that the migrations from the Legacy systems to this new centralised solution are developed, planned and executed in a controlled way with a high focus on quality. The project will coordinate its activities with 6 different local organisations located in 6 different countries, so there is a high degree of organisational as well as technical complexity within that needs to be managed.

Role/tasks: Sub project manager for Network Database
This is a challenging role that is suited to an experienced Project Manager. The main tasks for this role as the Sub Project Manager will include:
- Responsibility of all hand-over activities from the project to the line organisation
- Being the interface between the line organisation and the project with regards to analysis and discussion about the requirements the line organisation is putting forward
- Building of good relationships between the project and the line
You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 Senior Project Managers working within the same area.
