Financial Customer Relationship Manager
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Customer Relationship Manager to join our client, a leading investment bank based in Bristol
Key responsibilities of the Financial Customer Relationship Manager will include:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers in Divisional and Business Unit Finance teams
-Lead monthly customer meetings with key stakeholders in the business
-Oversee monthly processes in line with the month end management reporting timetable
-Assist customers in their use of SAP BW and SAP R/3 through the resolution of complex issues
-Promote and deliver training to customers to support the CE&MR self service model around common issues
-Understand change projects and support customers in minimising the impact of change on them
-Develop and test SAP BW reports to help customers analyse data and add insight to month end reporting
The ideal Financial Customer Relationship Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Excellent stakeholder management, including senior management
-Strong presentation and facilitation skills
-Strong written and oral communication
-Excellent management reporting delivery
-Experience of using SAP BW & SAP R/3
-Analysing data/report writing/query resolution
-Managing the Customer Relationship
-Providing Excellent Customer Service
-Planning and Control
