Service Delivery Manager - Our client, a leading financial services company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Belgium. You will be working within the Service Delivery Team. Your role will consist of assessment of SALs within external IT service providers and recertifying/retrofitting the list of support teams by SLAs based on codex, interviews and documentation review. You will also build the data model linking IT components and service, and will address SLA recertification requests from Service Delivery Management perspective. You will also act as the Service Delivery Manager contact for projects involving outsourcing to provide input on Service Level requirements and on operational services, whilst ensuring coherency with the standard monthly reporting and Project Delivery.

Service Delivery Manager skills required:
- Experience managing Providers or delivering services as a Provider
- ITIL experienced
- IT operations background
- Technical experience in multi platform IT environments including IBM Mainframe, UNIX and Windows
- Analytical and problem solving skills and able to deal with complex problems impacting several domains
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across the business
- ITIL Service Support basics
- Service oriented and Production risk aware
- English speaking with French or Dutch a bonus
