A major financial services client based in Reading is looking for a Info & Risk Privacy Consultants to join them ASAP for an initial 3-6 months to work on a exciting and high profile project.
Skills Required
* Good knowledge of Financial products, systems and distribution methods.
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of information risk related legislation such as the Data Protection Act, RIP Bill, Human Rights Act, Computer Misuse Act, and Copyright Acts from our regulators which include FSA, DP, OPRA, Inland Revenue etc
* An understanding of the regulated marketplace.
* Demonstrable skills in implementing projects, work prioritisation and planning.
* Significant spread of skills in 3 to 5 specialist areas (eg Mainframe, NT, Midrange, Network, security architecture design, security management, user awareness, risk assessment, data protection)*
* An understanding of the business drivers for appropriate business areas.
* Experience in the creation and implementation of policies and standards
* Experience and understanding of the information risk implications of third party relationships and the management strategies required.
* Knowledge of security investigation techniques, the rules of evidence and practical experience of computer forensics would be useful
