Senior Business Analyst - Banking & Mortgages
Reporting to the IT Solutions Manager the role of the experienced Business Analyst is to support the business in defining business requirements, analysing and documenting these for both the business and other key stakeholders within IT. Experience in Banking/Mortgages essential!
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in Business/Systems Analysis and project management, in the Irish/UK Banking industry, specifically in the Mortgage sector.
They will also possess the following skills and knowledge:
- An ability to learn and understand complex business processes
- A proven track record in supporting Banking/Mortgage related projects within the financial services industry.
- A positive and favourable approach to change
- The capability to work on their own initiative in a demanding environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A formal business analysis qualification (eg PRINCE, ISEB Business analysis) whilst not mandatory, would be a distinct advantage.
