MVNO Telecoms Architect/Consultant
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Role
The MVNO Architect will be involved an End to end sequence diagrams for the MVNO solution. The tasks will be around taking e nd to end responsibility for the development of the client's existing MVNOs capabilities and the incorporation of future MVNOs. This may include one or more of the following:
- Managing the design, analysis of the MVNO
- Managing and designing the end to end solution to integrate multiple MVNOs to a single platform
- Analysing and planning the m igration of the current MVNOs to a new MVNE/O platform
- Involved in build work on rating and billing platforms aligned with the client's strategic roadmap
- Integration of new and existing OSS/BSS systems, business processes, customer facing websites, management reporting which impact all departments including sales, marketing, finance, operations and customer care.
The Profile
The successful MVNO Architect should have experience in Mobile Telecom, such as GSM or CDMA. The MVNO Architect will also have eTom (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) and knowledge with OSS/BSS/Billing technologies such as Singl.eView, Kenan FX, Amdocs, Oracle BRM, BSCS etc. Finally you will have knowledge around the following areas: Roaming, Billing, Sim Management, GSM, IN, Prepaid and Post Paid Billing.
