Description
Job Scope -
Successful candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, build, testing, training and deployment of solution related to SAP Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management and FCC (CRM) for FI-CA.
Activities to be performed including but not limited to the following:
- Confirmation the Business Requirements against SAP functionality
- Business Blueprint design workshops and business blueprint design documentation
- Documentation of functional gaps
- Configuration of design
- Designing WRICEF objects
- Perform testing
- Conduct training for business and IT users
- Preparation of go-live activities, including data migration and cutover
- Perform post go-live support activities.
Required Skills -
- Minimum 3 years in SAP Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management with FI-CA and FCC.
- Minimum 2 full life cycles of SAP implementation.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in SAP Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management and FCC (CRM) for FI-CA.
- Experience in reporting and BW integration
- Integration with FI-CA, CRM
- Familiar with consulting practice, methodology and tools.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Experience in SAP Biller Direct for FI-CA would be an advantage.
- Experience in global rollout would be an advantage.
- Experience in Liner or Logistics industry would be an advantage
