The job revolves around operational tasks such as AS-IS assessments of all SLAs with external providers, supporting teams through TDO/ADO interviews and documentation reviews, building data models for IT components and services, addressing SLA requests and ensuring cohesion with the standard monthly reporting tool, all within a crucial production environment.
Desirable:
Multi-platform IT environments (IBM Mainframe, UNIX, Windows )
Dutch and/or French language skills
