We are seeking Facilities Management Coordinator for 3 month contract position in Dallas, TX. Provide coordination and operational support to our Facilities Management organization and customer base. Areas of responsibility will include process documentation, records administration, Environmental, Health & Safety project support, and systems/technology support, and special projects as assigned

Skills:
Our ideal candidate will be a high school graduate or equivalent with 2-5 years relevant experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office software, collaborative skills, and advanced project coordination with strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication, grammatical, and spelling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter and independent thinker with ability to work with minimal direction. Facility coordination experience preferred as well as great customer service skills.

Previous experience working in a corporate office environment highly desirable. Must be able to adapt well to daily changes in work/tasks and must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
